Metabolic health,
reimagined
We use continuous data, clinical insights, and personalized care to tackle the full spectrum of metabolic conditions — from diabetes to optimization.
We founded meta[bolic].health because we saw the system wasn’t working — not for the millions struggling with diabetes or obesity, and not for the doctors trying to treat them.
A 15-minute consultation and a prescription isn’t care.
Our episodic care models are outdated. True change requires ongoing engagement, real-time data, and a care team that knows you beyond your labs. It’s real lifestyle medicine 3.0.
Our model integrates physicians, educators, sports scientists, nutritionists, coaches, and technology to create a new standard — one that doesn’t just manage chronic disease, but transforms it.
The vision was to build a continuous model of care that delivered superior outcomes by giving agency back to our patients—where we define agency as the ability to turn data into knowledge, into insight, into action, into measurable outcomes.
In practice, that meant harnessing the full potential of continuous data from wearables and connected devices, paired with a hyper-personalized physical footprint that translates data correlations into actionable insights.
An engagement platform around best-in-class clinical care, powered by data-driven insight.
Why we built this
Real results with the data to prove it
Our patients achieve vastly better outcomes across all metabolic health parameters in as little as 90 days and require less medications after 12 months of management with GluCare
We produce more clinical evidence than any other provider in the Middle East
Reduction in HbA1c
Reduction in LDL
Improvement in HDL
Reduction
in triglycerides
Reduction in BMI
Reduction in waist circumference

More touchpoints, better outcomes: the power of engagement in diabetes care
The more patients interacted with our care team, the better their results. Those who had 11 or more interactions over 90 days saw significant improvements, with an average reduction of 2.38 in HbA1c (a key diabetes marker) and a weight loss of 6 kg.
The data clearly shows that staying engaged leads to better health!

Our obesity outcomes
We are the only provider regionally that reports our obesity outcomes
in 3 months
in 6 months
in 9 months
Improved key health markers
- 85.7% of members with prediabetes reversed their HbA1c back to normal
- In just 3 months, 49.5% of members got their cholesterol levels back to normal
- Reduced waist circumference:
–11.4 cm on average
Tirzepatide outperforms according to our data
- Superior to Semaglutide (ozempic) across all metrics
- More fat loss, greater muscle preservation
Fat % decreased, muscle maintained
- Fat mass: –9.9 kg on average
- Muscle mass preserved with structured care

Where data meets care — smarter,
seamless, personalized
Discover the technology powering meta[bolic]’s hybrid healthcare model — from smart wearables to real-time data insights that transform your care experience
Smart wearables
that power your journey
Dexcom CGM for blood glucose monitoring
Oura Ring for sleep, stress activity, cycle tracking and recovery insights. All managed patients receive this as a standard.
Closed loop systems for Type 1 diabetes – insulin pumps with automated insulin delivery that adjusts every 5 minutes to help keep glucose levels in range
Sleep diagnostics
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Ultrasound – Quick bedside scan to assess airway fat and OSA risk, paired with your STOP-BANG score
Oculomics
We use advanced eye scans to catch early signs of disease — often before symptoms or lab results show anything. We’re among the first to bring it into routine care.
Retinal CVD Screening
An AI eye scan that flags your risk for heart attack or stroke by detecting changes in your retinal blood vessels
Retinal CKD Screening
Identifies early kidney damage through your eyes — years before it might show up in blood work
Organ and metabolic health assessments
- Whole Abdominal Ultrasound – Screening internal organs (liver, kidney, pancreas, etc.) periodically for early signs of metabolic disease
- Liver Elastography – Non-invasive scan measuring liver stiffness and fat to detect NAFLD/NASH and fibrosis early
- AI Thyroid Nodule Assessment – Ultrasound with AI classifies thyroid nodules, reducing unnecessary biopsies
- Bone Health Assessment – Routine point-of-care and DEXA scans to screen for early signs of osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders
Diabetes, neurological and retinal screening
- Diabetic Retinopathy and Macular Degeneration Scan – Checks for diabetes-related retinal damage and age-related vision risks, in minutes
- Sudoscan – Detects early peripheral neuropathy by testing sweat gland function — before symptoms appear
- Cognitive Function Assessment – Digital test tracking memory, focus, and executive function—key metrics in metabolic brain health
Cardiovascular and vascular monitoring
PWV & ABI Assessment – Measures arterial stiffness and leg blood flow to detect early cardiovascular disease and PAD
Body composition and functional testing
- DEXA Scan – Gold-standard body composition and bone density scan—measures fat, lean mass, and osteoporosis risk
- AI Fitness Assessment Body Scan – 3D camera-based scan that estimates fat %, lean mass, and visceral fat over time
Fitness, strength and performance
- VO2 Max Testing – Estimates cardiorespiratory fitness and “fitness age” in a 6-minute, non-invasive test
- AI powered Strength and Mobility Assessment – AI tool analyzing flexibility, strength, and motion to build personalized rehab and fitness plans
